TRAUZZI BARS
The Trauzzi Bars represent an original design by Irwin Fitness. These dip bars have been developed to enhance functionality from a standard dip bar attachment, all the while minimizing the space they occupy on your rack when not in use. A common complaint with dip bars currently is their tendency to take up considerable space on the rack, often requiring users to move them to a wall or hang them upside down for storage. What we've engineered is an exceptionally smooth and stable adjustable handle system that allows you to easily flip the arms up when not in use as well as adjust the handles to various decline and flat positions. The decline element not only significantly increases lower pec muscle recruitment and range of motion but also provides a more comfortable feel on the wrists.
How They Are Built: There's nothing flimsy about these dip bars; we've engineered them to be as robust as all our other equipment. The frame is welded 3/8" plate steel with a 3/16" wall 2.5" OD DOM tube running through serving as the center joint where the arm is secured. The arms are fitted with a machined acetal bearing to extreme tolerances which eliminates any unnecessary movement in components. This step was crucial, as any extra room between the bearing and metal would be exaggerated at the end of the handles. Holding the arms together and enabling adjustability are two grade 8 tempered steel socket head cap screws. The contour of the DOM tube is laser-cut to match the radius of the cap screws, locking the arms in different adjustment positions. Each arm is bent in a CNC tube bender to ensure a consistent and accurate bend profile for every arm.
How They Work: The arms function independently, meaning they aren't attached together; instead, they are secured to one side of the center adjustment sleeve with the socket head cap screw. The bearing in the center allows the arms to rotate freely inside. Once the bolt is installed, the head of the bolt bears all the weight applied from the arm. Extensive stress testing has been conducted, which is why we use grade 8 bolts. We have determined that the safe weight limit on our dip bars is 600lbs in the neutral position. This weight limit increases in the -7.5° and -12.5° degree positions as the weight distribution is closer to the center of mass. Adjusting the arms is as easy as grabbing the arm and rotating it into the desired hole position. Our neutral position (flat regular dips) starts from the inside, followed by -7.5° degrees and -12.5° degrees. While knurling wasn't feasible due to our use of a CNC tube bender, we've taken your feedback into account and added (2) 2.75" steel spheres to the ends of the arms to enhance grip when in the decline position.
Dimensions: There are three different settings: 1, 2, and 3. In the neutral position (1), the handle distance between the arms is 24.35". In position 2 (-7.5°), the arm distance increases by 0.625", and in position 3, the total distance is 25.5". The total handle length from where the bend starts is 21.675". We offer both 1" and 5/8" rack compatibility options, which you can choose from the options above.

In instances where your residence is situated within remote or rural sectors of Canada, subsequent to placing an order, the possibility exists that supplementary shipping charges may arise. You will be contacted in such cases, giving you the choice to remit the additional costs. Conversely, if you choose not to proceed with the extra shipping expenditure, a prompt reimbursement of your order stands as a viable alternative.

SHIPPING TO THE U.S.
We are pleased to announce that we have now extended our shipping services across the United States. We have established a process to offer customized shipment quotes for each delivery heading to southern regions. These shipments will be conveniently available for pickup at designated terminal locations situated in major cities, allowing our customers to access their orders with ease. Rest assured, we have eliminated the need for Cash on Delivery (COD) payments upon receipt of your shipment. Our end-to-end service ensures a seamless experience, handling all necessary aspects efficiently. The amount you pay during the transaction will serve as the final price (excluding state taxes). Please note that any applicable state taxes will be collected by the IRS, as we do not impose tax charges.
Flat Rate Shipping
The standardized shipping charge is set at $650 CAD/$478USD for LTL shipments to the U.S. We diligently search for the most economical carrier options, selecting the one with the most favorable rate. This comprehensive flat rate encompasses the entire shipment expenditure, covering all broker fees and bond fees associated with the import process. It's important to note that this flat rate exclusively pertains to terminal locations. Consequently, customers are expected to arrange for transportation to the nearest terminal location. To identify the nearest terminal, please refer to the link provided here prior to placing your order.
Upon reaching the terminal, you have the option to unpack the order, load it into your truck or SUV, and subsequently leave the pallet at the terminal (in instances where you're uncertain about disposing of oversized pallets at home). Ordinarily, orders will be available for pickup quicker than they would be ready for delivery.
Should the entirety of your order exceed the capacity of a single pallet, we will promptly contact you to collaborate on an effective solution. It's typically feasible to accommodate an entire rack and bench on one pallet. Maximizing the items on a pallet translates to greater savings.
Residential Delivery
Should you wish to arrange for home delivery, kindly initiate a conversation with us before placing your order. Please be advised that a surcharge will be applied to the flat rate for this option.
Documentation
Irwin Fitness Supply is pleased to offer Customs Brokerage services through our collaboration with Noatum Logistics. Should you prefer to engage your own U.S.-based import Customs Broker, we are more than willing to provide you and your Broker with the necessary documentation and paperwork well in advance of the shipment.
For freight (LTL) shipments entering the U.S. from Canada, the provision of your IRS/SSN number to Noatum Logistics is mandatory for successful shipment clearance. It's imperative to note that parcels shipped via UPS do not necessitate such information.
Kindly bear in mind that cross-border shipments will incur state taxes. It's important to understand that Irwin Fitness assumes no responsibility for the associated costs and surcharges imposed by the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency in the United States.

TRAUZZI BARS
The Trauzzi Bars represent an original design by Irwin Fitness. These dip bars have been developed to enhance functionality from a standard dip bar attachment, all the while minimizing the space they occupy on your rack when not in use. A common complaint with dip bars currently is their tendency to take up considerable space on the rack, often requiring users to move them to a wall or hang them upside down for storage. What we've engineered is an exceptionally smooth and stable adjustable handle system that allows you to easily flip the arms up when not in use as well as adjust the handles to various decline and flat positions. The decline element not only significantly increases lower pec muscle recruitment and range of motion but also provides a more comfortable feel on the wrists.
How They Are Built: There's nothing flimsy about these dip bars; we've engineered them to be as robust as all our other equipment. The frame is welded 3/8" plate steel with a 3/16" wall 2.5" OD DOM tube running through serving as the center joint where the arm is secured. The arms are fitted with a machined acetal bearing to extreme tolerances which eliminates any unnecessary movement in components. This step was crucial, as any extra room between the bearing and metal would be exaggerated at the end of the handles. Holding the arms together and enabling adjustability are two grade 8 tempered steel socket head cap screws. The contour of the DOM tube is laser-cut to match the radius of the cap screws, locking the arms in different adjustment positions. Each arm is bent in a CNC tube bender to ensure a consistent and accurate bend profile for every arm.
How They Work: The arms function independently, meaning they aren't attached together; instead, they are secured to one side of the center adjustment sleeve with the socket head cap screw. The bearing in the center allows the arms to rotate freely inside. Once the bolt is installed, the head of the bolt bears all the weight applied from the arm. Extensive stress testing has been conducted, which is why we use grade 8 bolts. We have determined that the safe weight limit on our dip bars is 600lbs in the neutral position. This weight limit increases in the -7.5° and -12.5° degree positions as the weight distribution is closer to the center of mass. Adjusting the arms is as easy as grabbing the arm and rotating it into the desired hole position. Our neutral position (flat regular dips) starts from the inside, followed by -7.5° degrees and -12.5° degrees. While knurling wasn't feasible due to our use of a CNC tube bender, we've taken your feedback into account and added (2) 2.75" steel spheres to the ends of the arms to enhance grip when in the decline position.
Dimensions: There are three different settings: 1, 2, and 3. In the neutral position (1), the handle distance between the arms is 24.35". In position 2 (-7.5°), the arm distance increases by 0.625", and in position 3, the total distance is 25.5". The total handle length from where the bend starts is 21.675". We offer both 1" and 5/8" rack compatibility options, which you can choose from the options above.

These shipments will be conveniently available for pickup at designated terminal locations situated in major cities, allowing our customers to access their orders with ease. Rest assured, we have eliminated the need for Cash on Delivery (COD) payments upon receipt of your shipment. Our end-to-end service ensures a seamless experience, handling all necessary aspects efficiently. The amount you pay during the transaction will serve as the final price (excluding state taxes). Please note that any applicable state taxes will be collected by the IRS, as we do not impose tax charges.
Flat Rate Shipping
The standardized shipping charge is set at $650 CAD/$478USD for LTL shipments to the U.S. We diligently search for the most economical carrier options, selecting the one with the most favorable rate. This comprehensive flat rate encompasses the entire shipment expenditure, covering all broker fees and bond fees associated with the import process. It's important to note that this flat rate exclusively pertains to terminal locations. Consequently, customers are expected to arrange for transportation to the nearest terminal location. To identify the nearest terminal, please refer to the link provided here prior to placing your order.
Upon reaching the terminal, you have the option to unpack the order, load it into your truck or SUV, and subsequently leave the pallet at the terminal (in instances where you're uncertain about disposing of oversized pallets at home). Ordinarily, orders will be available for pickup quicker than they would be ready for delivery.
Should the entirety of your order exceed the capacity of a single pallet, we will promptly contact you to collaborate on an effective solution. It's typically feasible to accommodate an entire rack and bench on one pallet. Maximizing the items on a pallet translates to greater savings.
Residential Delivery
Should you wish to arrange for home delivery, kindly initiate a conversation with us before placing your order. Please be advised that a surcharge will be applied to the flat rate for this option.
Documentation
Irwin Fitness Supply is pleased to offer Customs Brokerage services through our collaboration with Noatum Logistics. Should you prefer to engage your own U.S.-based import Customs Broker, we are more than willing to provide you and your Broker with the necessary documentation and paperwork well in advance of the shipment.
For freight (LTL) shipments entering the U.S. from Canada, the provision of your IRS/SSN number to Noatum Logistics is mandatory for successful shipment clearance. It's imperative to note that parcels shipped via UPS do not necessitate such information.
