ALPHA Series Spotter Arms
IFS spotter arms are a perfect fit for both beginners, all the way through to the advanced weight trainer. If you like to push yourself you know the importance of the Spotter Arms, it’s never fun to roll the bar off your chest or drop the bar on your back.
Designed using 3x3” 11 gauge steel with 7-gauge reinforcements for added safety. Each arm comes with a UHMW plastic insert to protect your barbell and reduce noise on contact.
note: all new spotter arms have a extra hole at the bottom for an orange handle detent pin to lock the arms in place on the upright
