Shipping Policy

At Irwin Fitness, all products are made to order and shipped once production is complete.

We ship to Canada and the United States.

U.S. Orders & Import Tariffs (DDP Shipping)

For all U.S. customers, we ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

This means:

  • We prepay all required U.S. import tariffs and duties for you

  • There are no surprise charges at delivery

  • Nothing is due when your order arrives

Because tariffs must be paid before an order can cross the border, we collect the tariff amount prior to shipping and pay U.S. customs on your behalf. This is a government-required import cost, not an extra Irwin Fitness fee.

Important to Know

  • Orders cannot ship until required tariffs are paid

  • If a tariff invoice is not paid, the order may be cancelled

  • Due to our made-to-order policy, cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking/production fee

  • Shipping and tariff costs are non-refundable once paid

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays. Irwin Fitness is not responsible for delays once an order is handed to the carrier.
