Every storage pin starts with solid 2" round steel stock, then is CNC machined into 5/8" discs which are where we weld the stainless shaft to. Each disc is cut, faced, and finished to exact spec, then threaded. You have a choice between mounting to your rack with one of our nickel plated 1" double ended stud. Or if you prefer to supply your own hardware? Order the disc without a shaft and use any standard 1" bolt to fasten it directly to your rack. Each assembly comes with a 2" machined UHMW insert that is press fit into the end of each stainless tube. These will never crack or go missing. 

This system was engineered from the ground up to outperform traditional welded storage posts. We have done our best to machine every part in house vs traditional off the shelf products. The threaded receiver design creates a tighter, stronger connection and eliminates flex under heavy loads. Whether you're storing bumper plates, iron, chains, or daily-use accessories, this mount is built to hold any amount of weight without fail.

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, certain metal products entering the United States are now subject to new government-implemented tariffs. These charges are not controlled by us and typically equal around 50% of the metal value of the order.

To ensure your order arrives without delays or unexpected fees, we now ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

This means:

  We prepay all U.S. duties and tariffs on your behalf before shipping.

  Your package will not be held or delayed at the border.
  
• 
  You will not receive surprise bills from U.S. Customs upon arrival.
  

Because we must prepay these fees, a small tariff charge will be added at checkout for U.S. customers. We keep this amount as low as legally possible by submitting simplified base-value invoices (no extra colors or add-ons included in the customs value).

If you prefer, you may also choose to delay shipment in case changes occur in U.S.–Canada trade regulations — we’re happy to hold your order upon request.

We work to secure the best available freight rates within Canada.

Customers in remote or rural areas may see additional charges; if so, you will be contacted prior to shipment and may choose to approve the cost or receive a full refund.
