Jammer arms excel in facilitating dynamic and explosive lifting movements with unparalleled stability and control. A cornerstone in athlete development, these arms empower coaches to replace other leverage equipment, offering a fully customizable setup for both bilateral and unilateral selections. The adjustable arms enable coaches to position athletes optimally, enhancing form and performance across the entire range of motion.

Key Features:

  1. Safety and Stability: Each set of Jammer arms includes (2) 1" locking pins, providing an additional safety lock for trolley front-to-back movements. This, combined with the 1" twist lock side adjuster, ensures a secure and stable training environment.

  2. Robust Tensioning System: The tensioning system, with back rollers pressing against the upright, guarantees smooth adjustments. This innovative design allows compatibility with other 3x3" racks featuring staggered 1" holes.

  3. Enhanced Functionality: Numbered uprights, (4) machined acetal rollers for seamless gliding, and a locking mechanism to keep the arm away from the upright ease adjustments and enhance safety.

  4. Quality Construction: Knurled stainless trolley handles, polished stainless loading sleeves with 12" of usable length, and a set of knurled hand knobs & pins ensure durability and reliability.

  5. Efficient Packaging: Irwin Fitness Jammer Arms are shipped conveniently in (4) boxes, making setup and installation a hassle-free process.

These jammer arms require the use of a specialty barbell collar for securing plates onto the polished stainless tubes. Trolleys are now equipped with a 15 degree lockout position to keep arm away from upright when trying to adjust.
