PRO SERIES 23" DEPTH FLAT FOOT HALF RACK

P24-FF the Irwin Fitness Pro Series Half Rack, setting new standards for strength training excellence. Designed 1" 4-way hole configuration, a hallmark of elite strength facilities and an emerging favorite among home gym enthusiasts. This innovative design ensures effortless expansion and adaptability over time, aligning seamlessly with the evolution of your strength training regimen.

This Pro Series half rack comes in four height configurations, 87", 91", 93" and 103", with customization options extending beyond mere height considerations. Featuring a compact 23" depth, this half rack boasts a shorter length for enhanced versatility. Choose your preferred bolt color from bright silver zinc, or oversized heavy hex black A-325 hardware. Elevate your setup with a custom rear logo banner, displaying your company insignia or home gym mantra. With hundreds of color and configuration choices, we collaborate with you from inception to completion, ensuring your setup aligns perfectly with your vision.

Features: One standout design change is the narrowing of our Pro Series racks, now spanning 47" in total width (41" interior depth). Responding to user feedback, we've addressed concerns to guarantee you'll never accidentally collide a barbell collar into the upright again.

Included: Every rack is equipped with our premium Razorback Sandwich Cups, eight gussets for secure upright placement, a rear Irwin Fitness Banner (customize it at checkout), and a single pull-up bar at the front. The uprights feature 1" holes spaced 2" apart on all four sides, laser-cut numbers on each hole, a 23" inside depth, and flush-mounted and numbered top beams for convenient band peg use.

For additional customization, consider our optional weight storage pins, available in two pairs of 12" pegs or two pairs of 8" pegs. Each weight pin includes a 3/4" rubber grommet, serving as a spacer between the uprights and your weight plates.

For optimal safety, we recommend either floor bolting or the use of weight storage pins at the rear when employing spotter arms. The pictured configuration showcases Pro Series Spotter Arms.

CANADA WIDE SHIPPING 

In consideration of the logistics involved in the transportation of substantial and oversized merchandise, we are dedicated to securing the most favorable shipping rates and providing precise quotations for residential deliveries encompassing key hubs throughout Canada.

In instances where your residence is situated within remote or rural sectors of Canada, subsequent to placing an order, the possibility exists that supplementary shipping charges may arise. You will be contacted in such cases, giving you the choice to remit the additional costs. Conversely, if you choose not to proceed with the extra shipping expenditure, a prompt reimbursement of your order stands as a viable alternative.

We kindly present the following suggestions to potentially mitigate your shipping expenses:

  • Opting for a pickup at the nearest freight terminal (we will determine this if you inquire)
  • Receiving the product at a business location, preferably equipped with a forklift or loading dock
  • A business address does not require the use of a specialized truck 
  • Facilitating the offloading of the product into a truck if you have the necessary resources

SHIPPING TO THE U.S.

We are pleased to announce that we have now extended our shipping services across the United States. We have established a process to offer customized shipment quotes for each delivery heading to southern regions. These shipments will be conveniently available for pickup at designated terminal locations situated in major cities, allowing our customers to access their orders with ease. You can explore the terminal locations here.

Rest assured, we have eliminated the need for Cash on Delivery (COD) payments upon receipt of your shipment. Our end-to-end service ensures a seamless experience, handling all necessary aspects efficiently. The amount you pay during the transaction will serve as the final price (excluding state taxes). Please note that any applicable state taxes will be collected by the IRS, as we do not impose tax charges.

Flat Rate Shipping 

The standardized shipping charge is set at $650 CAD/$478USD for LTL shipments to the U.S. We diligently search for the most economical carrier options, selecting the one with the most favorable rate. This comprehensive flat rate encompasses the entire shipment expenditure, covering all broker fees and bond fees associated with the import process. It's important to note that this flat rate exclusively pertains to terminal locations. Consequently, customers are expected to arrange for transportation to the nearest terminal location. To identify the nearest terminal, please refer to the link provided here prior to placing your order.

Upon reaching the terminal, you have the option to unpack the order, load it into your truck or SUV, and subsequently leave the pallet at the terminal (in instances where you're uncertain about disposing of oversized pallets at home). Ordinarily, orders will be available for pickup quicker than they would be ready for delivery.

Should the entirety of your order exceed the capacity of a single pallet, we will promptly contact you to collaborate on an effective solution. It's typically feasible to accommodate an entire rack and bench on one pallet. Maximizing the items on a pallet translates to greater savings.

Residential Delivery

Should you wish to arrange for home delivery, kindly initiate a conversation with us before placing your order. Please be advised that a surcharge will be applied to the flat rate for this option.

Documentation

Irwin Fitness Supply is pleased to offer Customs Brokerage services through our collaboration with Noatum Logistics. Should you prefer to engage your own U.S.-based import Customs Broker, we are more than willing to provide you and your Broker with the necessary documentation and paperwork well in advance of the shipment.

For freight (LTL) shipments entering the U.S. from Canada, the provision of your IRS/SSN number to Noatum Logistics is mandatory for successful shipment clearance. It's imperative to note that parcels shipped via UPS do not necessitate such information.

Kindly bear in mind that cross-border shipments will incur state taxes. It's important to understand that Irwin Fitness assumes no responsibility for the associated costs and surcharges imposed by the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency in the United States.

Features: One standout design change is the narrowing of our Pro Series racks, now spanning 47" in total width (41" interior depth). Responding to user feedback, we've addressed concerns to guarantee you'll never accidentally collide a barbell collar into the upright again.

Included: Every rack is equipped with our premium Razorback Sandwich Cups, eight gussets for secure upright placement, a rear Irwin Fitness Banner (customize it at checkout), and a single pull-up bar at the front. The uprights feature 1" holes spaced 2" apart on all four sides, laser-cut numbers on each hole, a 23" inside depth, and flush-mounted and numbered top beams for convenient band peg use.

For additional customization, consider our optional weight storage pins, available in two pairs of 12" pegs or two pairs of 8" pegs. Each weight pin includes a 3/4" rubber grommet, serving as a spacer between the uprights and your weight plates.

For optimal safety, we recommend either floor bolting or the use of weight storage pins at the rear when employing spotter arms. The pictured configuration showcases Pro Series Spotter Arms.

In instances where your residence is situated within remote or rural sectors of Canada, subsequent to placing an order, the possibility exists that supplementary shipping charges may arise. You will be contacted in such cases, giving you the choice to remit the additional costs. Conversely, if you choose not to proceed with the extra shipping expenditure, a prompt reimbursement of your order stands as a viable alternative.

SHIPPING TO THE U.S.

We are pleased to announce that we have now extended our shipping services across the United States. We have established a process to offer customized shipment quotes for each delivery heading to southern regions. These shipments will be conveniently available for pickup at designated terminal locations situated in major cities, allowing our customers to access their orders with ease. Rest assured, we have eliminated the need for Cash on Delivery (COD) payments upon receipt of your shipment. Our end-to-end service ensures a seamless experience, handling all necessary aspects efficiently. The amount you pay during the transaction will serve as the final price (excluding state taxes). Please note that any applicable state taxes will be collected by the IRS, as we do not impose tax charges.

Flat Rate Shipping 

The standardized shipping charge is set at $650 CAD/$478USD for LTL shipments to the U.S. We diligently search for the most economical carrier options, selecting the one with the most favorable rate. This comprehensive flat rate encompasses the entire shipment expenditure, covering all broker fees and bond fees associated with the import process. It's important to note that this flat rate exclusively pertains to terminal locations. Consequently, customers are expected to arrange for transportation to the nearest terminal location. To identify the nearest terminal, please refer to the link provided here prior to placing your order.

Upon reaching the terminal, you have the option to unpack the order, load it into your truck or SUV, and subsequently leave the pallet at the terminal (in instances where you're uncertain about disposing of oversized pallets at home). Ordinarily, orders will be available for pickup quicker than they would be ready for delivery.

Should the entirety of your order exceed the capacity of a single pallet, we will promptly contact you to collaborate on an effective solution. It's typically feasible to accommodate an entire rack and bench on one pallet. Maximizing the items on a pallet translates to greater savings.

Residential Delivery

Should you wish to arrange for home delivery, kindly initiate a conversation with us before placing your order. Please be advised that a surcharge will be applied to the flat rate for this option.

Documentation

Irwin Fitness Supply is pleased to offer Customs Brokerage services through our collaboration with Noatum Logistics. Should you prefer to engage your own U.S.-based import Customs Broker, we are more than willing to provide you and your Broker with the necessary documentation and paperwork well in advance of the shipment.

For freight (LTL) shipments entering the U.S. from Canada, the provision of your IRS/SSN number to Noatum Logistics is mandatory for successful shipment clearance. It's imperative to note that parcels shipped via UPS do not necessitate such information.

Kindly bear in mind that cross-border shipments will incur state taxes. It's important to understand that Irwin Fitness assumes no responsibility for the associated costs and surcharges imposed by the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency in the United States.
