IRWIN FITNESS PREMIUM SANDWICH J-CUPS

Razorback sandwich j-cups are included with every Pro Series Rack order. These redesigned sandwich cups have an extremely sleek and eye catching look. A narrow low profile design where the metal is recessed into a solid piece of machined UHMW.

Manufacturing Process: We achieve this recessed look by first starting with a 1" chunk of UHMW plastic. Using our CNC, each side of the UHMW is machined to tight tolerances for a very tight and seamless look. 

With a total of 1" width centered on the upright that allows for more side to side room when re-racking your barbell (less chance to damage the uprights). 

Built using a 3/8" plate steel backing each j-cup weights a beefy 9lbs including the UHMW core. The 1" alignment pin is plug welded at the top. All sides that come into contact with a rack have plastic protection. The tall design allows you to slam your barbell into the j-cups.
