With two outer neutral grips measuring 2" in diameter that extend outward and four inner neutral grips at 1.3", including two set at a 45-degree angle, you have a myriad of grip options at your fingertips.

Your set of pullup bars includes (4) 1" x 5.5" hex head mounting bolts to secure the bars to your rack. We've incorporated slotted adjustment holes in the center of each bracket, allowing for meticulous fine-tuning to achieve the perfect width tailored to your unique wingspan.

Please note: For optimal stability and a seamless workout experience, we highly recommend pairing these Atlas Bars with our 41" 3x3" crossmember.
