This bench stands as a pinnacle of durability, featuring a fully welded frame constructed from robust 7-gauge steel, a sturdy tri-pod design, and crafted with high-quality Canadian milled steel.

Premium Construction: Built with meticulous attention to detail, the FB-7 boasts a fully welded frame made of heavy 7-gauge steel, ensuring unparalleled durability.

Pad Comfort: Taking inspiration from the outstanding feedback on our AB-1.0 pads, the FB-7 features the same foam and gripper vinyl on its flat bench pads. Each FB-7 comes standard with a 12" wide premium gripper vinyl pad.

Pad Width/Density: The FB-7 is equipped with a 12" pad, with the option to upgrade to a 14" wide pad. The pads are crafted using 1 3/4" of ultra-high-density foam for a hard yet forgiving, stable base. A 1/4" layer of softer foam on top provides just enough forgiveness, allowing users to lock in when setting up for lifts.

Maneuverability: Enjoy easy mobility with 3" hard rubber wheels at the rear and a stainless knurled handle built into the front, creating a true tri-pod design. Lift the front of the bench just 6" off the ground, and the wheels engage at the rear.

Upright Storage: A smart design includes a bracket extending past the pad to prevent any risk of damaging it. The rubber bumper grips the floor, allowing the bench to be stored in the upright position—a standard feature on each bench.

Nameplate Spine: Elevate your gym's identity with the optional nameplate spine—an excellent space to display your logo. A 3/16" thick plate welded to the frame with a (2) 16 gauge logo plate fastened on either side adds approximately 46lbs to the bench's weight.

Construction: The FB-7 is constructed with a 3x3" 7-gauge fully welded steel frame, weighing just over 85lbs (without the nameplate). The tri-pod design provides ample room for athletes to set their feet during a bench press. Spacers welded onto the bottom of the frame at each corner of the rear base tube eliminate the impact of uneven floors.

No Plastic Components: Setting a new standard, there are no plastic components on this bench. Metal end caps are welded onto each tube end opening, featuring our signature IFS logo.

This bench stands as a pinnacle of durability, featuring a fully welded frame constructed from robust 7-gauge steel, a sturdy tri-pod design, and crafted with high-quality Canadian milled steel.

Pad Comfort: Taking inspiration from the outstanding feedback on our AB-1.0 pads, the FB-7 features the same foam and gripper vinyl on its flat bench pads. Each FB-7 comes standard with a 12" wide premium gripper vinyl pad.

Pad Width/Density: The FB-7 is equipped with a 12" pad, with the option to upgrade to a 14" wide pad. The pads are crafted using 1 3/4" of ultra-high-density foam for a hard yet forgiving, stable base. A 1/4" layer of softer foam on top provides just enough forgiveness, allowing users to lock in when setting up for lifts.

Maneuverability: Enjoy easy mobility with 3" hard rubber wheels at the rear and a stainless knurled handle built into the front, creating a true tri-pod design. Lift the front of the bench just 6" off the ground, and the wheels engage at the rear.

Upright Storage: A smart design includes a bracket extending past the pad to prevent any risk of damaging it. The rubber bumper grips the floor, allowing the bench to be stored in the upright position—a standard feature on each bench.

Nameplate Spine: Elevate your gym's identity with the optional nameplate spine—an excellent space to display your logo. A 3/16" thick plate welded to the frame with a (2) 16 gauge logo plate fastened on either side adds approximately 46lbs to the bench's weight.

Construction: The FB-7 is constructed with a 3x3" 7-gauge fully welded steel frame, weighing just over 85lbs (without the nameplate). The tri-pod design provides ample room for athletes to set their feet during a bench press. Spacers welded onto the bottom of the frame at each corner of the rear base tube eliminate the impact of uneven floors.

No Plastic Components: Setting a new standard, there are no plastic components on this bench. Metal end caps are welded onto each tube end opening, featuring our signature IFS logo.
