The AB-1.0 is a culmination of meticulous design and a genuine commitment to delivering a superior product. We took inspiration from our customers' valuable insights and incorporated their ideas, resulting in a flagship product that stands out in the market.
Seat Adjustability: We recognize that seat adjustability is key for any workout bench. Many benches offer limited options, but we wanted to exceed expectations. The AB-1.0 features 4 front adjustment positions, ranging from 0 through 30 degrees. At the rear we have 8 adjustments 0, 15, 30, 37.5, 45, 66, 70 and 85 degrees. This level of flexibility enhances your user experience, ensuring a comfortable setup for a wide range of exercises. Notably, it's also the most stable ladder-style bench available, thanks to special hardware at the main pivot points. Minimal Pad Gap: Unrestricted Range of Motion
We understand the importance of a seamless workout experience. Our bench is engineered with a minimal pad gap of just 1.25 inches in total. This means you can perform exercises with a full range of motion, free from any discomfort.
Maneuvering your bench should be hassle-free, which is why we've designed the bench to use oversized 3" hard rubber wheels. With a cleverly built handle at the front, discreetly positioned to remain out of your way. This thoughtful design creates a true tripod structure, allowing you to engage the wheels at the rear with just a 6" lift at the front.
Pad Width and Density: AB-1.0 comes standard with a 12" x 39" back pad and a 12-9" tapered front pad. For those who prefer an even wider option, we offer a 14" ultra-wide pad with a 14-11" taper on the front pad.
When it comes to firmness, we've taken the time to perfect it. The winning combination includes 1 1/4" of ultra-high-density foam, creating a solid and stable base, no matter the weight you're lifting. To top it off, we've added a 1/4" soft foam layer, carefully pressed and glued, allowing the pad to offer just the right amount of forgiveness, enabling you to lock in securely for your lift.
Build Quality: Our bench is constructed using a 2x3" 11-gauge steel frame and 1/4" formed steel frame, bringing its total weight to just over 120lbs. To address uneven flooring, we've equipped the bench with 1" load-bearing rubber feet on each corner, providing a rock-solid, non-skid lifting platform.
The AB-1.0 Bench also has the option for (3) different front handle styles: 1 - smooth acetal 2 - stainless knurled, or 3 - our newest aggressive knurl with black cerakote. Additionally each adjustment arm is fitted with acetal rollers, this design extends the life of the powder coat and significantly reduces noise when adjusting the seat positions. What is specific to our bench only is our bench lock. Safely engage our bench lock to prevent the bench from opening up when stored vertically. Just another small detail that often goes unnoticed.

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, certain metal products entering the United States are now subject to new government-implemented tariffs. These charges are not controlled by us and typically equal around 50% of the metal value of the order.
To ensure your order arrives without delays or unexpected fees, we now ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means:
We prepay all U.S. duties and tariffs on your behalf before shipping.
Your package will not be held or delayed at the border.
You will not receive surprise bills from U.S. Customs upon arrival.
Because we must prepay these fees, a small tariff charge will be added at checkout for U.S. customers. We keep this amount as low as legally possible by submitting simplified base-value invoices (no extra colors or add-ons included in the customs value).
If you prefer, you may also choose to delay shipment in case changes occur in U.S.–Canada trade regulations — we’re happy to hold your order upon request.

The AB-1.0 is a culmination of meticulous design and a genuine commitment to delivering a superior product. We took inspiration from our customers' valuable insights and incorporated their ideas, resulting in a flagship product that stands out in the market.
Seat Adjustability: We recognize that seat adjustability is key for any workout bench. Many benches offer limited options, but we wanted to exceed expectations. The AB-1.0 features 4 front adjustment positions, ranging from 0 through 30 degrees. At the rear we have 8 adjustments 0, 15, 30, 37.5, 45, 66, 70 and 85 degrees. This level of flexibility enhances your user experience, ensuring a comfortable setup for a wide range of exercises. Notably, it's also the most stable ladder-style bench available, thanks to special hardware at the main pivot points. Minimal Pad Gap: Unrestricted Range of Motion
We understand the importance of a seamless workout experience. Our bench is engineered with a minimal pad gap of just 1.25 inches in total. This means you can perform exercises with a full range of motion, free from any discomfort.
Maneuvering your bench should be hassle-free, which is why we've designed the bench to use oversized 3" hard rubber wheels. With a cleverly built handle at the front, discreetly positioned to remain out of your way. This thoughtful design creates a true tripod structure, allowing you to engage the wheels at the rear with just a 6" lift at the front.
Pad Width and Density: AB-1.0 comes standard with a 12" x 39" back pad and a 12-9" tapered front pad. For those who prefer an even wider option, we offer a 14" ultra-wide pad with a 14-11" taper on the front pad.
When it comes to firmness, we've taken the time to perfect it. The winning combination includes 1 1/4" of ultra-high-density foam, creating a solid and stable base, no matter the weight you're lifting. To top it off, we've added a 1/4" soft foam layer, carefully pressed and glued, allowing the pad to offer just the right amount of forgiveness, enabling you to lock in securely for your lift.
Build Quality: Our bench is constructed using a 2x3" 11-gauge steel frame and 1/4" formed steel frame, bringing its total weight to just over 120lbs. To address uneven flooring, we've equipped the bench with 1" load-bearing rubber feet on each corner, providing a rock-solid, non-skid lifting platform.
The AB-1.0 Bench also has the option for (3) different front handle styles: 1 - smooth acetal 2 - stainless knurled, or 3 - our newest aggressive knurl with black cerakote. Additionally each adjustment arm is fitted with acetal rollers, this design extends the life of the powder coat and significantly reduces noise when adjusting the seat positions. What is specific to our bench only is our bench lock. Safely engage our bench lock to prevent the bench from opening up when stored vertically. Just another small detail that often goes unnoticed.

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, certain metal products entering the United States are now subject to new government-implemented tariffs. These charges are not controlled by us and typically equal around 50% of the metal value of the order.
To ensure your order arrives without delays or unexpected fees, we now ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

We prepay all U.S. duties and tariffs on your behalf before shipping.
Your package will not be held or delayed at the border.
You will not receive surprise bills from U.S. Customs upon arrival.
Because we must prepay these fees, a small tariff charge will be added at checkout for U.S. customers. We keep this amount as low as legally possible by submitting simplified base-value invoices (no extra colors or add-ons included in the customs value).
