IRWIN FITNESS ROLLER J-CUPS 2.0

Introducing our game-changing Return Roller J-Cup – a home gym essential crafted with precision and innovation. Your barbell experience is about to be revolutionized with our specially designed machined rollers, ensuring that your bar finds its way back to the center position effortlessly every time.

Composite Plastic vs Metal: Boasting three times the tensile strength of UHMW with similar wear properties, our rollers are built to withstand rigorous use by utilizing machined acetal plastic. If you don't fancy ever having to swap out the composite rollers you can opt for our hardened metal rollers. Starting as a 2" metal shaft, machined to perfection, our rollers undergo an electroless nickel phosphorus bath for an attractive, durable finish. Heat treatment results in a remarkable hardness rating of ~900 VHN, surpassing regular stainless steel.

Center Return Roller: Tapered towards the center, our rollers accept all bar sizes, including specialty bars. This feature ensures adaptability and convenience for a diverse range of workouts.

Flat Roller: Our flat set of rollers is thoughtfully crafted to cater to those who prefer positioning their barbell in the front or back of the j-cup before lifting the barbell off. Think of pushing your barbell either forward or backwards to prepare for a lift. This design ensures consistency and accuracy in your setup for every lift.

A little known fact about our roller j-cups is the ability to use the 5/8" or 1" hole at the bottom of the roller j-cup allows for the use of magnet or detent pins to secure the j-cup. Although they are often unnecessary due to the secure fitment of the roller j-cups.

Personalize your setup by specifying your preferred custom color in the notes section at checkout. We strive to match your choice accurately and will contact you if needed.

Tolerance/Fitment: Expect a fitment tolerance of +/- 1 mm due to the solid piece clasp (not welded), ensuring a secure and reliable hold. We are able to swap out plastic components to fit better on metric racks. However we are not guaranteeing a snug fit like we aim to achieve on true 3"x3" racks. Leave a note at checkout specifying rack fitment.

IMPORTANT NOTICE U.S / CANADA SHIPPING

Important Notice for U.S. Customers (Tariffs & Shipping)

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, certain metal products entering the United States are now subject to new government-implemented tariffs. These charges are not controlled by us and typically equal around 50% of the metal value of the order.

To ensure your order arrives without delays or unexpected fees, we now ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

This means:

  • We prepay all U.S. duties and tariffs on your behalf before shipping.

  • Your package will not be held or delayed at the border.

  • You will not receive surprise bills from U.S. Customs upon arrival.

Because we must prepay these fees, a small tariff charge will be added at checkout for U.S. customers. We keep this amount as low as legally possible by submitting simplified base-value invoices (no extra colors or add-ons included in the customs value).

If you prefer, you may also choose to delay shipment in case changes occur in U.S.–Canada trade regulations — we’re happy to hold your order upon request.

We deeply appreciate your understanding. These requirements were introduced recently, and we are doing everything possible to keep the process simple, transparent, and affordable for our U.S. customers.

Canadian Shipping

We work to secure the best available freight rates within Canada.

Customers in remote or rural areas may see additional charges; if so, you will be contacted prior to shipment and may choose to approve the cost or receive a full refund.

Ways to reduce Canadian freight costs:

  • Pick up at a nearby freight terminal

  • Ship to a business with a forklift or loading dock

  • Offload yourself if properly equipped
