IRWIN FITNESS ADJUSTABLE RACK MOUNTED MONOLIFT ATTACHMENT

Designed to seamlessly integrate with either 5/8" and now compatible with our 1" hole Pro Series racks, our Monolift Arms redefine your lifting experience with unparalleled features and classic styling.

The Monolift offers a range of benefits, leveraging a counterweight system that automatically swings the hooks back after lifting the bar. This unique design eliminates the need to reach back and "unrack" the bar during a bench press, promoting shoulder safety. For squats, it eliminates the walkout, enhancing the overall safety of your lifts, especially when training alone. The Monolift are also ideal for movements like hip thrusts.

Swing in Clearance: Addressing a common challenge in Monolift attachments, we have maximized clearance without compromising the attachment's compact dimensions. Meaning you do not need to take a step backwards or worry about hitting the front edge of the arm when coming up from your squat. With a loaded barbell centered at 10.5" from the upright, the arms swing in 6" when un-racked, providing a very workable 4.5" of clearance. This achievement is attributed to the strategic positioning of our contoured UHMW, acting as a backstop to prevent excessive swinging into the upright. Our Mono Arms currently offer the most swing in clearance of anything else on the market. 

These utilize the same j-cup-style twist and lock pin and clasp system, ensuring effortless and precise height adjustments tailored to your lifting preferences.

Available in a wide array of color combinations, our Monolift Arms not only enhance your lifting experience but also add a personalized touch to your gym setup.

These arms feature comprehensive UHMW protection on all sides that come in contact with your rack, along with 0.375" at the front and top of the jaws, ensuring durability and longevity.

    Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, certain metal products entering the United States are now subject to new government-implemented tariffs. These charges are not controlled by us and typically equal around 50% of the metal value of the order.

    To ensure your order arrives without delays or unexpected fees, we now ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

    This means:


    • We prepay all U.S. duties and tariffs on your behalf before shipping.

    • Your package will not be held or delayed at the border.

    • You will not receive surprise bills from U.S. Customs upon arrival.

      Important Notice for U.S. Customers (Tariffs & Shipping)

      Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, certain metal products entering the United States are now subject to new government-implemented tariffs. These charges are not controlled by us and typically equal around 50% of the metal value of the order.

      To ensure your order arrives without delays or unexpected fees, we now ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

      This means:


      • We prepay all U.S. duties and tariffs on your behalf before shipping.

      • Your package will not be held or delayed at the border.

      • You will not receive surprise bills from U.S. Customs upon arrival.

      Because we must prepay these fees, a small tariff charge will be added at checkout for U.S. customers. We keep this amount as low as legally possible by submitting simplified base-value invoices (no extra colors or add-ons included in the customs value).

      If you prefer, you may also choose to delay shipment in case changes occur in U.S.–Canada trade regulations — we’re happy to hold your order upon request.
