Our Irwin Fitness Alpha Series Sandwich J-Cups are a testament to superior craftsmanship and precision engineering. Crafted from 3/8” plate and 1/4” Canadian milled steel, these J-Cups feature a 1” block of UHMW that serves as a sturdy backboard when re-racking your barbell. But they offer more than just a striking design and robust size.

Ultimate Protection for Your Lifts: Our innovative design ensures that when re-racking your barbell, you're fully protected. If you miss your re-rack and come in too low, the UHMW insert takes the impact, safeguarding both your equipment and your training.

A Sleek Profile for Enhanced Performance: The slim profile of our Alpha Sandwich J-Cups, measuring just 1.5" wide, provides you with additional room for side-to-side movement when racking your barbell. This design minimizes the risk of accidentally hitting the shoulder of the bar on the J-Cups as you rack it. No more glancing to the side to check your alignment; our premium J-Cups add an extra inch of transverse space on each side of your barbell collars.

Please note that these J-Cups are compatible with our 3x3” Alpha Series racks, as well as other 3x3" racks with 5/8" holes and hardware. But what truly sets our Alpha Sandwich J-Cups apart is the option for custom logo branding and color customization options.
